About Jenna Duffy
My first photography trip to photography Cacao Collectives
Meet Jenna Duffy, professionally trained with a B.A.,in Photography and over fifteen years of commercial photography experience as a lifestyle, documentary, and fine-art photographer. I work in Costa Rica, New York, and Portugal. I enjoy portrait photography, commercial lifestyle photography, website and brand content packages, real-estate lifestyle photography, and interior design, and documentary storytelling.
People, expression, nature and energetics are my passion when it comes to image making. I have a gift for seeing a soul. Combining nature and figurative study, with the energy of the five elements, my fine-art photography collection, REWILDING, raises money for environmental conservation through the sale of prints. Special Edition available exclusively at The Surf Collective.
When not in Nosara, I’m a documentary photographer across Portugal for Passa Ao Futuro. Our work helps preserve the intangible cultural heritage of Portuguese Artisans and Craftspeople through design residencies and collaborations. We support sustainability of traditional crafts through social and environmental impact programming rooted in design and systems thinking. Recent Press & 2022 Exhibition in Lisbon, Portugal.
Helping others learn the craft of photography is a true pleasure. I’ve taught kids ages 7-15 the art of image making in summer camp group forum and 1:1, and helped countess adult enthusiasts find the right gear, learn how to use it, and refine their creative eye.
